Prices
The above prices are for the townhouse and are for up to 6 persons. Discounts 10% discount for 2 weeks rental e.g. high season price for 2 weeks = £405 per week 15 % discount for rental periods in excess of 2 weeks e.g. high season price for 3 weeks = £382 per week Christmas & Easter specials - free champagne & fruit basket on arrival Bookings & Availability Please use the contact us page to e-mail your holiday request quoting 51SDR Terms & Conditions The prices are inclusive of bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity, air conditioning. Smoking is permitted downstairs or on the rooftop solarium. Please kindly do not smoke in the bedrooms. Pets by special arrangement only. A non-refundable deposit of £75 is payable on booking to guarantee the required dates, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. A further security deposit of £150 is payable with the final outstanding monies. This will be refunded following your holiday subject to there being no damage to the property or contents during your vacation and also subject to the return of the keys to the property manager. Midweek and weekend arrivals are possible to take advantage of the special airline prices, but opportunity may be limited in peak season.
